Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel or request a refund from the App Store or Google Play account settings. We cannot process payments on our side.
Before you email: quick fixes
Most issues fall into one of these.
Wrong answer
Try Hint depth or run Check mode on the response. If the bug is real, send us the screenshot and we will fix the prompt.
Photo not reading right
Crop tighter, use brighter light, keep the page flat. For messy handwriting, paste mode usually wins.
Lost your history
History is per-account. If you used the app without signing in, it lives only on that device.
Subscription not unlocking
Open Settings, tap Restore Purchases. If that fails, email us your App Store or Google Play receipt.
